- Clerk: User authentication, managing login, sign-up, and account profiles.
- Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store full card details).
- Google Analytics: Aggregated analytics with IP addresses anonymized before storage.
Some providers are located outside Canada, including the United States. We use contractual safeguards to protect your data during these transfers.

- Accounts inactive for 12 months are scheduled for deletion.
- When you delete your account, data is removed from active systems immediately.
- Minimal records may be stored for 6–12 months for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes before permanent deletion.
